Gastronomic experience with Chef on board
As advocates and promoters of Slow Food we present you with an authentic, original and exclusive culinary offer. Our chef has more than 25 years of experience working in haute cuisine in Michelin-starred restaurants and having studied at prestigious institutes around the world. The tasting menus presented in the Finger Food style have been designed by him and will be expertly prepared on the spot.
We use seasonal ingredients of the highest quality. Thanks to our proximity to the fishermen’s market of La Lonja, we source fish and seafood directly from the area. With regard to meat, fruit and vegetables, we cooperate with local producers, thus promoting zero kilometre and local products.
Our itinerary
We set sail from the Puerto de la Lonja Marina Charter in Palma de Mallorca. We will sail through the beautiful bay of Palma, discovering the impressive landscapes.
Enjoy the sailing while savouring our tasting menu accompanied by relaxing music, letting your imagination run wild with the incomparable feeling of freedom that comes with being outdoors.
During the experience, our crew will take care of you with personalised and attentive service, making your experience unforgettable.
At the end of the experience, we will return to our starting point in the port of Palma.
