Cancellation, no show and delay policy.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made:
* at least 48 hours prior to departure are not penalised
* between 48 to 24 hours have a penalty of 50% of the total amount paid.
* less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will result in the total loss of the booking amount.
* Management and service charges (3%) are non-refundable.
No show:
In case the passenger does not arrive at the stipulated time, this will result in the total loss of the reservation amount.
Delay:
⦁ In private groups – in case of delay on the part of the passengers, we are subject to booking schedules. Contact us and we will try to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
