IMPORTANT INFORMATION
MEETING POINT
We will meet at the entrance door of the marina of LA LONJA MARINA CHARTER IN PALMA DE MALLORCA.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure time.
Please also note that our crew will arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure.
POLICY FOR PRIVATE GROUPS:
Please note that the excursion includes a menu ¨Sea of Japan¨. You can request a menu upgrade (Gulf of Mexico, Mare Nostrum or Asian Seas) for a small supplement, but it is not possible to mix menus between passengers in the same group (single menu per group).
Menu upgrades should preferably be requested up to 48 hours before and a maximum of 24 hours before the excursion for logistical and quality reasons.
CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND DELAY POLICY:

Cancellations made:
* at least 48 hours prior to departure there is no penalty.
* between 48 to 24 hours before departure there is a penalty of 50% of the total amount paid.
* less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will result in the total loss of the total amount of the reservation.
* Management and service charges (3%) are non-refundable.
No show:
In case the passengers does not arrive at the stipulated time, this will result in the total loss of the reservation amount.
Delay:
- In private groups – in case of delay on the part of the passengers, we are subject to booking schedules. Contact us and we will try to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
EXCURSION POLICY ACCORDING TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
Your safety is the most important thing for us. Therefore, in case of bad weather (waves, rain, strong winds), the captain will make the decision to cancel the excursion. In this case, we will try to reschedule the activity. If there is no availability, a full refund will be made.
WHAT IS AND IS NOT INCLUDED?
Included: excursion, tasting menu, soft drinks without alcohol, captain and chef, VAT, all risk insurance (boat, passengers, crew), fuel, final cleaning, safety equipment, snorkelling equipment and fins, SUP Paddle Surf boards, floating beds and more inflatables (available during summer season)
Not included: extra drinks (with or without alcohol), personal belongings insurance.
INTOLERANCES / ALLERGIES
If you have any kind of intolerance or allergy, please inform us at the time of booking.
All our menus have an allergen information sheet.
Likewise, on board, you will be able to obtain any kind of information you may need regarding the food with the assistance of our Chef.

- Comfortable shoes
- Swimwear, towel, sunscreen (summer season)
- Comfortable clothes acording the temperature
- Small bag/backpack
- If you are very sensitive to seasickness, we recommend that you take an anti-sickness pill with caffeine 30 minutes before setting sail.

RECKLESS OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR*.

PRESENTING ONESELF IN ANY ALTERED STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS*.
*As the authority responsible for safety on board, the captain has full and absolute power to refuse to embark or decide to disembark passengers who do not comply with the rules. In such cases, we reserve the right not to refund the full amount of the booking or any amount previously paid.
