As lovers of traditional Japanese cuisine, we apply the philosophy of maximum respect in the treatment of raw materials. Thanks to our tireless search for the original flavour, we get to the roots of tradition. We managed to obtain the spectacular and millenary Kamado San ceramic rice cooker, handmade for centuries in the city of Iga, Japan.
This type of rice cooker (which is unfortunately falling into disuse due to its complexity), is appreciated for its ability to preserve the natural flavours of the rice. These peculiarities make it ideal for those seeking an authentic and high quality rice preparation experience.
Our premium grade Shinju Mai rice, made in Kamado San, will transport you to the purest and most genuine flavours of Japan.
